Job Description

Why We’re Hiring: As our business continues to grow, we are onboarding an increasing number of new customers. Each client requires a personalized and hands-on approach to fully implement our solutions. To support our growth and enhance the implementation process, we are expanding our Delivery team.

Current Team Overview: Our Delivery team consists of four dedicated members who ensure smooth processes and stakeholder satisfaction. Positioned between sales and the client, the team plays a crucial role where effective communication is key to the success of both the team and the company.

Role Overview: As a Delivery Consultant, you will be involved in the entire delivery process, including presale, analysis, deployment, integration, configuration, acceptance testing, and fine-tuning. You will analyze customer-specific use cases and requirements to suggest optimal solutions and maintain direct contact with clients throughout the delivery process. This role also requires close collaboration with our development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the full delivery lifecycle, from presale to fine-tuning.

  • Analyze customer requirements and use cases to propose tailored solutions.

  • Maintain direct communication with clients through various channels.

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure smooth delivery.

Preferred Experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work within defined processes involving many moving parts and stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Solid IT background with an understanding of HTTP, web applications, session management, and cookies.

  • Knowledge of Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft 365 products on advanced user level

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with GIT and SDKs for mobile application development.

  • Experience using project management and analysis tools such as Gantt charts, UML, BPMN, and Sequence diagrams.

  • Knowledge of key terms and technologies such as VPN, Firewall, Web Server, Proxy, Load Balancer, High Availability, ESB, Data Backups, Data Retention, Disaster Recovery, REST, SOAP, SIEM, Databases, and SQL.

  • Experience with REST API integration and complex infrastructures involving various systems.

  • Security knowledge or experience in a banking environment.

  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to tailor explanations of our products to different audiences (IT, Business, Security).
