We are seeking a data-driven, tech-enabled, and strategic marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing. This role will oversee all global marketing initiatives, optimize demand generation, and align marketing with sales to drive sustainable growth. The Global Head of Marketing will inherit a team of two marketing specialists and have the autonomy to build and expand the team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives, drives lead generation, and supports sales revenue goals.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing: Implement and optimize demand generation programs, ABM strategies, and digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.
Brand & Positioning: Strengthen the company’s market positioning, messaging, and thought leadership to differentiate our solutions in the competitive B2B SaaS landscape.
Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure a seamless lead handoff, optimize funnel conversion rates, and improve sales enablement.
Analytics & Performance Management: Use data analytics, KPIs, and marketing attribution models to measure, optimize, and report on marketing performance.
Digital & Content Marketing: Oversee content strategy, website performance, SEO, PPC, and social media initiatives to enhance online presence and engagement.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and collaboration.
Budget Management: Manage a medium-sized marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven marketing investments.
Partnerships & Events: Develop and execute strategies for industry events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and lead acquisition.
